Catalog module sourcing for QA is switched from the GithubReleases pin (
3.1038.0) to the AzureBlob prerelease packageVirtoCommerce.Catalog_3.1039.0.zip.This matches the automated vc-module-catalog update pattern used for other prerelease modules in
